Home Library Service

The Home Library Service is available to people with a long-term disability. Volunteers will bring books, videos cassettes and CDs. Refuse Collections

Residents physically unable to carry their black refuse sacks to the front of their property are entitled to a special Assisted 'A' card to alert collectors to the fact assistance is needed. These are available following a written confirmation from a GP. All requests should be made to:
