Consultation
As the representatives of the residents of Haydon Wick Ward on Swindon Borough Council, we aim to keep in touch with developments in the Ward as far as possible. Part of that process is to maintain contact with you, our constituents. We do this in a number of ways: surgeries, e-mail, letter, telephone, surveys and, of course, the web site. We also work in partnership with the Parish Council, NeST and other community organisations.
Haydon Wick Parish Council
At least one of us aims to attend the monthly Haydon Wick Parish Council meetings to discuss any issues which have been raised with or by the Parish Council. We work in partnership with the Parish Council in order to further the best interests of Haydon Wick. Visit their web site at http://www.haydonwick.gov.uk/ .
Surgeries
Ian, David and Rex hold formal monthly surgeries for local residents. Visit our surgeries page for more information. Additionally, we are just a phone call or e-mail away and are available to arrange a meeting with individuals or groups of residents to discuss matters of concern.
Personal Consultations
Much of the work we do on behalf of constituents comes to us direct either by telephone, e-mail or the post. Details of how to contact each of us can be obtained by clicking on our respective photographs on the right of the screen.
Surveys
You can complete one of our survey forms and return it to us at any time. Click here to print one out and return it to us at the address shown.
If you have any comments about how we represent you, please do send us your thoughts.
